📭 Never received your shipment?
Check your tracking number to confirm delivery times and location. Then double check your order info on your order receipt from us. We unfortunately can't help with missed delivery due to wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address, or an incorrect phone number. For shipments that go unclaimed, they are returned to our facility. If you’d still like your product(s) and want a reshipment, contact us and we can redeliver to a rightful address. For all reshipments, the customer will be liable for any additional fulfillment and shipping costs. But please know that any claim error on our part, will be at our expense.

📑. General policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll follow up with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
💥 Damages and issues
If you’d like a refund for products which arrive to you damaged or for items that don’t match your order, please email us and we’ll get the ball rolling. Be aware that order shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
Our policy unfortunately does not cover refunds for buyer’s remorse, neglect, or for ordering the wrong size. Please refer to our size chart before making a purchase. See Exchanges below for additional details on best method for acquiring a different size.
⚠️ Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are some things we can’t accept as a return and we’re hoping you understand.
This includes the returns of items like (but not limited to) perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Personal care goods also includes items like face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health and/or hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns for any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You hereby agree that any returned orders with items listed above won’t be available for reshipping or a refund, and will be disposed of.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to process a return on the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What’s the best way to wash my shirt? Always wash in COLD water to reduce fading. Turn it inside out when washing to protect the design. Wash with like colors to prevent fabric bleeding. Hang dry to keep the overall shirt condition intact.
